All The Venues is a UAE venue discovery and enquiry platform. The website helps users explore venues, view venue information, shortlist venues, and submit event enquiries.

All The Venues is not itself the owner, operator, manager, supplier, or booking agent of the venues listed on the website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Venue listings may include information about hotels, resorts, restaurants, event halls, outdoor venues, yachts, private spaces, and other venue providers.

2. Use of the Website

4. Enquiries and Lead Routing

When you submit an enquiry through All The Venues, we may use the information you provide to help route your enquiry to relevant venue providers.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee: venue availability; a response from a venue provider; a confirmed booking; a specific price; a particular package; or acceptance of your event by the venue provider.

All bookings, quotations, contracts, payments, cancellations, refunds, and event arrangements are between you and the relevant venue provider unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by All The Venues.

5. Shortlisting Venues

The website may allow you to shortlist one or more venues.

Shortlisting a venue does not reserve, hold, book, or guarantee that venue. It is only a convenience feature to help you compare venues and submit enquiries.

6. Venue Providers

Venue providers may include hotels, resorts, restaurants, event venues, yacht operators, private venue operators, or other third-party suppliers.

Venue providers are responsible for their own services, pricing, availability, venue rules, safety, permits, licences, contracts, and event delivery.

All The Venues is not responsible for the acts, omissions, representations, pricing, availability, service quality, or performance of any venue provider.

7. Featured and Verified Listings

Some venues or providers may be marked as "Featured," "Verified," or similar.

A Featured label may indicate editorial selection, paid placement, promotional visibility, or another visibility arrangement.

A Verified label may indicate that All The Venues has reviewed certain provider or venue information. Verification does not guarantee the quality, availability, pricing, safety, suitability, or legal compliance of a venue or provider.

You should still make your own checks before making any booking decision.

8. Provider Submissions and Account Access

Venue providers may be invited or permitted to submit venue information, request updates, claim listings, or manage assigned venue profiles.

All provider-submitted content is subject to review, approval, editing, rejection, or removal by All The Venues.

We may restrict, suspend, or remove provider access if we believe a provider has submitted inaccurate information, breached these Terms, misused the platform, or acted in a way that may harm users, venues, partners, or All The Venues.

9. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through the website, including enquiry forms, contact forms, provider applications, or listing update requests, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.

You agree not to submit content that is: false or misleading; unlawful; defamatory or abusive; infringing of another party's rights; confidential information that you are not authorised to share; or harmful, malicious, or spam-related.

10. Images and Website Content

All website content, including text, layout, design, graphics, logos, images, venue descriptions, category pages, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to All The Venues, Bianca Event Styling, venue providers, or other rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.

Venue providers are responsible for ensuring that any images, logos, descriptions, or other content they submit to All The Venues may lawfully be used on the website. By submitting content, the provider grants Bianca Event Styling and All The Venues a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, resize, crop, format, and otherwise use that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the All The Venues platform, including in featured placements and category pages. The provider confirms that they own the content or hold the necessary rights, licences, and permissions for this use. A provider may withdraw images by written request, and All The Venues will remove or replace them within a reasonable period.
