The largest gatherings space at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi, the Liwa Grand Ballroom has its own grand entrance and a foyer suitable for a pre-event reception or interval cocktails. In addition, the dining area opens onto the terrace and gardens, making it the perfect setting for larger events. In its entirety, the Liwa Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 450 people and can also be easily divided into two smaller spaces for maximum flexibility: Liwa One and Liwa Two

  • For a minimum of 150 guests:
    Complimentary overnight stay for the couple
    4 layered wedding cake for the bride and groom


Notes & Restrictions

  • Tables with cover, chairs with cover, ribbon on chairs, and dance floor will be provided by the hotel.
    Decorations and table centerpieces should be provided by the client
  • Music can be played until 12:00 midnight
    DJ, music, and sound systems should be provided by the client
